9011 (HT901W) RTV Bonding sealing silicone
9011 is a single component, micro flow, white, take off the room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber. There is a certain level of leveling, and will not penetrate into the small gap, excellent sealing. After curing, the rubber is elastic body, has excellent anti cold and hot changes, resistance to stress changes and other properties. High and low temperature in -40 to 200 DEG C to maintain flexibility and long-term stability, anti ultraviolet, anti-aging. With excellent insulation, moisture, shock, resistance to corona, anti leakage and chemical resistance of the media. Fully comply with EU ROHS directive requirements.
● Typical use
Electronic components and all kinds of instruments of waterproof, moisture-proof seal, can also be used for electronic components of adhesive reinforcement and module encapsulation protecting.

● How to Use
1.Keep the object surfaces clean without rusts, dusts and oil.
2.Dispense the sealants to object surfaces.
3.Put the objects in the air for 24 hours in the condition of room temperature & 55%RH to reach a cure depth of 2~4mm the longer, the deeper.
4.The outlet of unspent adhesive should be sealed in time, clean the crusts on the outlet for another use within a short time, the performance of adhesive won’t be affected.

● Storage:
Keep the sealant away from children.
Use it in ventilated places
In case of contact with skins, wipe and then flush with clear water.
In case of contact with eyes, flush with clear water immediately and go to hospital for checking.
Store it in dry and shady places at the temperature of 8~28℃
Storage life is 6 months from the date of manufacture.
